Fill \u00be parts of the mate gourd with yerba mate<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: museo-sans; font-size: 12pt;\">2. Add water at 80\u00b0C until all the yerba mate is wet<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: museo-sans; font-size: 12pt;\">3. Let it stand i<\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">n a ventilated place\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">for 12 hours<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: museo-sans; font-size: 12pt;\">4.
